Viagra (Sildenafil) Tabs 25mg

The 25mg tablets are a suitable starting dose for younger men suffering from erectile dysfunction and seniors (the over 70’s). The reason for this is that young men don’t need such a high dosage as their ED is often psychological, so the confidence Viagra brings helps them to relax and stop worrying. The 25mg tablets are recommended for older men as it reduces the risk of possible side effects.

How does Viagra work?

Viagra is a pill used by men to treat erectile dysfunction, or ED. It can help men who have erectile dysfunction get and keep an erection when they become sexually excited. Viagra is also known by its scientific name, sildenafil citrate.

Viagra works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited. VIAGRA will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. You should not take Viagra if you do not have erectile dysfunction. You should not take Viagra if you are a woman.

Viagra is a prescription drug that works by increasing blood flow to the penis. VIAGRA enables many men with erectile dysfunction or impotence to respond to sexual stimulation. When a man is sexually excited, Viagra helps the penis fill with enough blood to cause an erection. After sex is over, the erection goes away.

VIAGRA begins working in about 30 minutes and it can last for up to 4 hours. In one study of prior VIAGRA users that were given a 50-mg tablet 2 hours after eating, it was proven to work in as little as 14 minutes. (Data taken from a study of 228 men with ED who previously had success with VIAGRA. Of the 115 men who took VIAGRA 50mg, 35% had erections hard enough for successful intercourse at 14 minutes, and 51% of men at 20 minutes.)
The average action duration of Viagra is between four to Six hours, but it has been identified to function for longer even when used with sexual stimulation. However, the majority of men will discover that the effects of the drug will begin to fades 2-3 hours following its first intake.

There exist some factors that will add to how long Viagra will last in individual’s cases, and you must at all times talk about your full medical history and details of any drugs you are presently using prior to starting any treatment with Viagra.

What about using the pill, but you did not get any lucky? That is not a problem. The drug will simply run off your system in six hours without doing any hurt. Just ensure you do not pop above 100 mg of Sildenafil in a day and you will absolutely be fine.

For most patients, Viagra can be taken once a day as needed. In patients taking certain pro-tease inhibitors (such as for the treatment of HIV), it is recommended not to exceed a maximum single dose of 25 mg of Viagra in a 48-hour period. As always, please consult with your doctor if you have any questions about taking Viagra.
If you buy 50mg Viagra tablets and they don’t work, then it is perfectly fine to take 2 x 50mg tablets the following day to see if an increased dosage will work. You SHOULD NOT take Viagra more than once a day and you should never take more than 100mg at one time.
When taking VIAGRA, remember these 4 things. That way, you can focus on what really matters-having a more satisfying sexual experience.

1. Get into the mood

VIAGRA will not give you an instant erection. It only works when you need it to-when you are sexually aroused. And after sex, your erection will go away.

2. Take your time

VIAGRA works for 4 hours. So relax. There’s plenty of time to be intimate with your partner. You should begin by taking VIAGRA 30 minutes to 1 hour before having sex. You might find that VIAGRA works faster for you. For some men, it works in as little as 14 minutes.

3. Easy on the burgers

VIAGRA is just as effective with or without food and alcohol. But to get the quickest results, avoid high-fat meals 2 hours before taking VIAGRA. A fatty meal-like a cheeseburger and fries-can slow your body’s ability to absorb the drug. When this happens, VIAGRA may not work as quickly.

4. If at first you don’t succeed…

For most men, VIAGRA works the first or second time. But some men need to ease back into sex. So if VIAGRA doesn’t work, don’t give up. Try taking it again. And remember, VIAGRA can be taken as often as once a day, every day.

If you still don’t get results, talk to your doctor. Often a dose adjustment can make all the difference.

Bear in mind that some people put themselves under a lot of pressure and expectation the first time they take Viagra, and this can affect how successful the Viagra is. Be prepared for 2 or 3 attempts at your initial dosage before you move to a higher dose.
Viagra, just like any other drug has adverse effects. Uncommon adverse effects are:

  • An erection that fails to fade away. In case you have an erection that lasts over 4 hours, you need to seek medical attention straight away. If you fail to treat it immediately, priapism can permanently injure your penis.
  • Rapid vision loss in at least one eye can be an indication of a severe eye problem known as non-arthritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Stop the use of Viagra and call your physician immediately should you have an abrupt vision loss in at least one eye.
  • Sudden decline in hearing or hearing loss. A few individuals may likewise have dizziness or tinnitus. If you have these signs, you need to stop using Viagra and contact your GP immediately.

Tell your doctor about any medicines you are taking. Do not take Viagra if you take nitrates, often prescribed for chest pain, as this may cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure. If you have prostate problems or high blood pressure for which you take medicines called alpha blockers, your doctor may start you on a lower dose of Viagra.

Viagra should not be used with other treatments that cause erections. Viagra should not be used with REVATIO as it contains sildenafil, the same medicine found in VIAGRA. If you are taking protease inhibitors, such as for the treatment of HIV, your doctor may recommend a 25-mg dose and may limit you to a maximum single dose of 25 mg of Viagra in a 48-hour period. Do not start or stop taking any medicines before checking with your doctor or pharmacist. This includes prescription and nonprescription medicines or remedies.
